I was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Long Beach, California, at the age of ten. I attended Long Beach Wilson High School and El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills before earning a football scholarship to San Diego State University, where I played both strong safety and running back.

I was born in Washington, D.C., and moved to Long Beach, California, at the age of ten. I attended Long Beach Wilson High School and El Camino Real High School in Woodland Hills before earning a football scholarship to San Diego State University, where I played both strong safety and running back.
After college, I continued my football journey overseas, competing in Europe for two seasons and earning Offensive MVP honors among more than 500 teams across the continent.
Today, I live in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with my amazing wife and our two beautiful children—a daughter and a son. I currently serve as the District Athletic Director for K–8 in Harrison School District 2, where I’m passionate about using athletics as a platform to help students discover and maximize their full potential.
Beyond my professional role, I enjoy traveling, exploring new cultures, and finding ways to inspire the next generation of student-athletes both on and off the field.

Growing up in the small farm and oil town of Lamesa, Texas, I nurtured a childhood dream of becoming a coach. My journey took a different turn when I enlisted in the Army at 21. Following several duty stations and two consecutive deployments, I navigated the challenges of being an honorably discharged disabled veteran. However, the unwavering support of my wife and three incredible children reignited my passion for coaching, motivating me to mentor young athletes. I am truly privileged to have the chance to guide these aspiring individuals on their paths to achieving their dreams. Now residing in Colorado Springs, I am living out my dream by helping student-athletes reach for the stars.
